From an empty room to a first crop.

We design, fabricate, install and commission indoor farms in Sabah — and then we are still there when the first crop comes out.

How a build runs

Six stages, in this order.

Most farm kit in Sabah is bought blind from West Malaysia and arrives as a pallet of parts. Nothing here starts with a product.

Stage 1

Survey

We come and look at the room. Floor area and headroom, three-phase power, water in and waste out, how humid it gets in the afternoon, how you would get a crate from the rack to a van. Half of what decides a farm is the building, not the system.

Stage 2

Crop plan

What you grow decides everything after it. We work backwards from who buys it and how much they take each week, because a farm that grows the wrong thing beautifully is still a loss.

Stage 3

System design

Racking or tower, NFT or DWC, how many tiers the ceiling allows, lighting layout, nutrient loop, dosing, climate and airflow. Then a bill of quantities you can read, line by line, before anyone spends anything.

Stage 4

Build

Fabrication and installation by our own crew — frames, gutters, pipework, tanks, lights, sensors and the circuits Corniq will run. We work in occupied buildings and finish clean.

Stage 5

Commission

Flow balanced, EC and pH holding, lights on schedule, Corniq reading and running. We plant the first crop with you rather than handing over an empty room.

Stage 6

Train

Your grower learns the daily round, the weekly round, and what to do when something reads wrong at 7am. Written down, in the farm, not a PDF nobody opens.

Racking suits volume: lettuces and Asian greens, stacked as high as the ceiling allows. Towers suit herbs and loose-leaf that crop better standing up. Most farms want some of each, and the mix falls out of the crop plan rather than out of a catalogue.

We have built into warehouses, a shoplot, and a working shopping mall with the public watching through glass. Between the three farms we run, that is 22,040 pots in production.

Every build ships with Corniq, our own AI and IoT layer, wired to the circuits while the room is still open — retrofitting it later costs more and looks worse.

What does it cost?

It depends on the room, the crop and how much you want automated, so we quote it properly rather than publishing a number that would be wrong for you. Send a photo of the space and roughly what you want to grow, and we will tell you whether it is worth building — including if it is not.
