Acts inside an agreed list

Corniq  /  AI + IoT  /  built in-house

At 2am it notices, and it acts.

Corniq is our own AI wired into the farm’s own hardware. It reads every rack and it runs them — lights, pumps, dosing, climate. Not licensed software with our sticker on it.

Incident log

One night, as it actually goes.

A farm rarely dies loudly. It dies quietly, between the last check at night and the first one in the morning.

02:47

It notices

EC on rack B starts climbing. Corniq reads your sensors every few minutes, so it sees the drift long before it shows in the leaf.

02:48

It acts

The dosing pump has lost prime after the refill. Corniq holds the feed on that line and re-primes the pump, because that is on the list of things it is allowed to do. Anything off the list waits for you.

02:49

It tells you what it did

One WhatsApp: what moved, what it did about it, and a link that opens your farm as a map with rack B, level 3 already framed and live. Not an alarm every ten minutes.

07:00

The morning brief

What happened overnight, what is due today, how the farm is tracking. A message you read with your coffee, not a report nobody opens.

How it is fitted

Built for your farm, not off a shelf.

Every farm is a different room, different crops, different equipment. So Corniq on a farm is a fitted deployment, not a download.

Step 1

We survey and wire

We work out what needs watching and what needs switching — climate, EC and pH, tank levels, lights, pumps, dosing — and get the sensors reading and the circuits answering, whether the kit is ours or already on site.

Step 2

We build your farm's map

Your actual rooms, racks and tanks, laid out so an alert points at a place. Rack B level 3 means something to your grower; a channel number does not.

Step 3

We agree what it may do

Your crops, your tolerances, and the list of actions Corniq can take on its own — set with you, adjusted over the first weeks, and changeable any time. Nothing goes on that list without you putting it there.

Where we draw the line

Corniq acts inside a list you agree to when we fit it — these circuits, these limits, these hours. Anything outside that list is proposed and waits for a person. And some equipment stays off the list on purpose: at our own farm the big compressor is manual only, because one wrong command on a hot afternoon costs a crop. You can always see what it did, and you can always take it back.

Beyond the farm

Any box that has to stay inside limits.

Corniq does not know it is watching lettuce. It reads an enclosed environment, judges the readings, acts inside an agreed list and tells the owner — and that loop fits more than a grow room. It already watches a stingless-bee farm in Sabah for one of our clients.

Running

Indoor farms

Racking and tower farms — the three we operate ourselves. Lights, pumps, dosing, climate.

Running

Bee farms

Hive-by-hive temperature and humidity for a kelulut operation, watched remotely by an owner who is not on site.

Fits

Swiftlet houses

Temperature, humidity and ammonia held in band for an owner who visits monthly. The same absent-owner problem a farm has, in a different box.

Fits

Poultry houses

Heat stress in a Sabah afternoon is fast and expensive. Climate reading, fan and fogger control, water-line watch.

Fits

Cold rooms & chillers

One failed compressor overnight costs a kitchen its stock. The temperature log doubles as your food-safety record.

Fits

Shrimp & fish ponds

Dissolved oxygen crashes before dawn, and aerators are the biggest power bill on the farm. Watching one, then acting on it, is the same 2am story.

If your operation is an enclosed environment with limits — tell us what it is, and we will tell you honestly whether Corniq fits it yet.

What it costs

Quoted per farm.

It depends on how many rooms, how much is already instrumented, and how far you want Corniq to reach. We quote it as a monthly subscription per farm, separately from the build, so you always know what the software costs you.

The same brain, sold two ways

Corniq also runs as a self-serve shelf of AI tools for small businesses at corniq.ai. That is the same brain sold off the shelf. The farm version is the one we fit to you.
