Modern-agriculture design & build  /  Kota Kinabalu, Sabah

We don’t just build farms — we help run them.

Three indoor farms in Sabah, designed, built and still run by us. If we sell you a system, it is one we live with ourselves.

What we do

One partner from empty room to harvest.

Most farm kit in Sabah is bought blind from West Malaysia and arrives as a pallet of parts with a PDF. We come and look at the room first.

One-time project

Design & build

We survey the room, plan the crop, size the system, price it line by line, then fabricate, install and commission it. Racking, towers, container and warehouse conversions, grow rooms.

Systems & consumables

Racks and hardware, and the nutrients, media and seed a farm eats every month. Plus Cubictree, the countertop tower we distribute in Sabah.

Corniq

Our own AI, wired into the farm's own hardware. It watches every rack around the clock, runs the lights, pumps and dosing, and tells you what it did. Every farm we build runs on it.

How Corniq works

Farm schedule

Everything we sell is running in a farm we answer for.

Cubictree

A farm small enough for a kitchen counter.

Not every job is a warehouse. Cubictree is a 36-slot growing tower that lights, waters and feeds itself — for a home, an office, a lobby or a restaurant that wants its own herbs. We supply it, install it and support it from Kota Kinabalu.

Made
Overseas

It is the one thing on this page we did not build. The tower is manufactured overseas; we import it, support it and stand behind it. We do not claim to build it.

Corniq

It notices at 2am, so nobody drives out at 6.

A farm fails quietly. A pump loses prime, EC drifts, a door is left open, and you find out when a tray is already gone. Corniq is our own AI joined to the farm’s own hardware — it reads the racks and it runs them, and it acts on the small things before they become the expensive ones.

Who you are hiring

Precision Builder is a hydroponics and construction outfit in Kota Kinabalu. We started building indoor farms in 2020 and never stopped operating them.

That is the whole pitch. Our own money and our own week are inside these rooms, so the things that quietly ruin a farm — the energy bill, the pump that fails on a Sunday, the crop nobody can sell — are problems we have already had, and priced for.

Tell us about the room.

A photo of the space, roughly what you want to grow, and who it is for. Enough for a straight answer — including if the answer is don’t build it.
